1 open position
Company Overview

We are a small but growing specialist NetSuite consultancy dedicated to high-quality implementations and long-term client relationships. Based in Cheltenham, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized service and expert NetSuite solutions that help our clients thrive. Joining our team means you’ll work in a close-knit environment where your ideas are valued, and you can have a big impact as we continue to grow our client base and capabilities.

Job Role & Responsibilities

In this Mid-Level NetSuite Functional Consultant role, you will be critical in delivering successful projects and supporting our clients’ ongoing needs. Your responsibilities will include:
• Client Requirements & Solution Design: Work directly with clients to gather business requirements, understand their processes, and design tailored NetSuite solutions.
• NetSuite Configuration: Configure and customize NetSuite (forms, fields, workflows, dashboards, reports) to meet client requirements and improve business processes.
• Collaboration with Technical Team: Collaborate with our technical consultants/developers to define specifications for custom development, integrations, and any SuiteScript needs (translating functional needs into technical specs).
• Workshops & Training: Lead client workshops and user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of NetSuite, and that end-users are comfortable with new systems and features.
• Data Migration & Testing: Assist clients with data migration activities, develop test cases, and conduct system testing/UAT to ensure solutions are robust and ready for go-live.
• Go-Live Support: Provide hands-on support during deployment/go-live, troubleshooting issues and adjusting configurations as needed for a smooth transition.
• Post-Implementation Support: Serve as a trusted advisor after implementation by providing ongoing support, answering user questions, and offering best-practice guidance to maximize NetSuite value.

Required Experience

We are looking for a consultant with the following background:
• 2–5 years of NetSuite functional consulting experience (or similar ERP functional experience) implementing and supporting NetSuite for end-users.
• Strong NetSuite module knowledge – solid understanding of NetSuite Financials (Accounting/ERP), Order Management (Sales Orders/Purchase Orders), CRM, and Reporting/Analytics.
• Business Requirements & Process Mapping: Proven experience working with business users to gather requirements, document workflows/business processes, and translate them into NetSuite functionality.
• Hands-on NetSuite Configuration: Ability to perform hands-on setup in NetSuite – creating custom fields/forms, workflows (SuiteFlow), saved searches and reports, role permissions, etc.
• Project Lifecycle Exposure: Involvement in multiple NetSuite implementation phases (requirements, design, testing, training, go-live); comfortable juggling different tasks in a small team environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills. Able to lead meetings and training, and explain NetSuite concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: A detail-oriented and proactive mindset for troubleshooting issues and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Delivery Manager

1 open position

Your job is to make sure clients consistently get what they were promised, when they were promised it — and that delivery becomes more predictable and less manual over time.

In the short term, that means actively running delivery: tracking progress, chasing when things slip, and keeping clients informed.

In the medium term, it means building systems so that fewer things need chasing in the first place.

You'll be the person who cares most about whether projects are on track, whether delivery is improving, and whether we're removing friction rather than working around it.

You'll also own the operational backbone of the business: billing, contracts, invoicing, and internal workflows. One of your explicit goals will be to reduce manual admin and move us toward automated, predictable billing.

This role has real authority. You won't be doing the technical work, but you will own delivery outcomes — including pushing consultants (politely but firmly) when commitments aren't being met.

Day to day, you would:

  • Run a short daily standup to review priorities and blockers
  • Run a brief end-of-day check-in to confirm progress and time logging
  • Track all active projects and spot slippage early
  • Chase consultants when deliverables are at risk, directly and constructively
  • Handle client communications on project status and expectations
  • Own billing, contracts, invoicing, and payment follow-up
  • Continuously improve how we run projects and bill clients
  • Build simple dashboards or tracking tools so delivery is visible, not guesswork
  • Coordinate light marketing activity (podcast scheduling, outreach support)
